Club Membership at Cross Creek Plantation is included in the price of your Cottage. Members can enjoy the superb championship 18-hole golf course designed by nationally-known golf course designer, P.B. Dye, World class dining at the Clubhouse, swimming pool and tennis court. The monthly dues for club membership is $205.00, with a $90.00 per quarter food minimum.

The Property Owners  for The Cottages at Cross Creek includes all exterior maintenance on your home to include landscaping maintenance, irrigation and all exterior features of the home. The monthly fee for the Property Association for The Cottages is $115.00.
